The Miss Universe contest began having a Vietnamese version in 2008, but it took a 7-year hiatus before the contest continued to be held in 2015.
Although Miss Universe Vietnam is not a pageant with as much experience as its eldest brother, Miss Vietnam, through the seasons it has been held, the contest has affirmed its reputation.
1. Miss Universe 2008 Nguyen Thuy Lam
Thuy Lam’s real name is Thuy Trang, she was born in 1987 and was initially known as a singer.
From the beginning of participating in Miss Universe Vietnam, Thuy Lam was an outstanding contestant with special talent, model-like face and body.
