Finally, hold the heel with one hand and massage with your thumb in a motion from bottom to top, top to bottom, right to left and vice versa.

3. Water Element – Yoga and meditation while bathing
Water has amazing powers to help the body relax, and your bath or shower at home is a great place to rest and enjoy your time.
In the bath: Fill the bathtub with warm water to waist level, at a temperature of 37ºC.

Start by sitting cross-legged, hands on your knees, close your eyes and imagine a perfect scene, focusing on how you feel – the sunlight on your skin, the tiny grains of white sand under your feet.
Then take your left hand to hold your right elbow and your right hand to hold your left elbow, maintaining the position for 5 counts.
Under the shower: This method allows you to use soaps to remove negative energy from your body.
Apply soap/shower gel to your body, and imagine the negative energy leaving your body and flowing with the water.
Continue to breathe deeply 5 more times.
You can also get used to drinking cold water every morning or evening to energize your whole body and help soothe your soul.
