Ideally, gender equality has been designed and integrated into all levels of the Swedish education system.
Today, Swedish women are more educated than men, and women are overrepresented in universities.

Fathers also take `paternity leave`
Did you know, both working mothers and fathers in Sweden are entitled to up to 480 days of leave at home every time a baby is born or adopted.
During holidays, parents receive 80% of the official salary.
For our small family, when our twins were born, I took 8 months of maternity leave and their father also took 8 months of paid leave.

In Vietnam, you may have maternal or paternal grandparents to assist in taking care of children when their parents start working back.
I think Sweden is really winning the race for equality, not only in terms of laws, but also by changing attitudes, perceptions, and behaviors towards parenting.
Ombudsman – People’s Ombudsman system for equality
Perhaps we also need to look back at the experience of making Swedish law.
The Equality Ombudsman regularly reviews cases relating to gender equality in the workplace, school and other settings.
